Chef Patrick Simon comes to SYSCO Las Vegas with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. A student of the culinary arts, Patrick has lived and worked in the Vegas valley over the past ten years. Chef Patrick has helped open and manage many high volume, specialty dining locations at several major strip resorts. From preparing personal meals for casino V.I.P.s and celebrity guests to supervising food service staffs of over a 100 people, he has done it all. Now Patrick has brought his knowledge and skills to SYSCO and is ready to help our customers grow their business.
